Pulse Telecom was founded in Dublin in the late 1990s by Philip O’Driscoll, who recognised the need for more reliable and innovative telecommunications services in Ireland.
Beginning with traditional analogue phone systems, Pulse built its reputation through technical expertise, personal service and a commitment to helping businesses stay connected. As communications evolved, so did Pulse, moving from analogue technology to digital phone systems and today’s flexible cloud-based solutions.
